IT WAS TOO BIG SIZE THAN NORMAL SIZE 9.
SO I REQUEST TO GET RMA NUMBER.
MACY'S NEVER RESPONSE ANYTHING.
SO, I RETURNED IT BY MY EXPENCE TO CONNETICUIT.
BUT, I DID NOT GET ANY REPLACEMENT.

I WILL NOT BUY ANY SHOES FROM MACY'S/AMAZON.
